I am having trouble logging into my account

How do I reset my password?

Please use the ‘Forgot your password click here to reset’ link on the LOGIN page.

As a reminder, passwords need to be at least 8 characters, include both upper and lowercase characters, a special character and a number.

Is there a minimum order value per order?

Yes, the minimum order value is $300AUD. If your order does not reach the minimum value, the total cost will be highlighted in pink in the checkout basket indicating the value is below. To ensure your order is processed, simply add a few additional products and update your basket.

I have seen something advertised but I cannot find it online.

When searching for a specific product, please use the CATALOGUE tab after logging in and ensure all filters are off. Be as descriptive as possible when using the Search field (eg. Typing “mum” into the search field will bring back all products containing the word “mum” in the description).

Can I change or add items to my order once an order has been placed?

It is not always possible to amends orders once they have been submitted particularly if they have already been released to our warehouse systems for picking.

All orders placed for delivery in Australia will be delivered by StarTrack

Can I track my order?

All orders are delivered via our third party
